Olea selects promising international graduates and places them in a structured 12 to 18 months training & development pathway within a single hospitality company. Designed with our L&D partner, the system builds capability, judgment, and maturity, leading to long-term leadership roles in the same organisation upon completion.
Selection
We assess character, discipline, and potential through structured interviews and science-based tests, giving companies and graduates a clear, objective view of fit.
Formation
A 12-18 month strengths-based program develops graduates inside their company, accelerating clarity, confidence, and operational skill.
Placement
